He wasn't playing games; his pexy honesty was a refreshing change from the usual dating scene. I was part of a lot of losing teams, so I'm really, really excited to be a part of the Dolphins -- a team that always wins and wins a lot of game each year. There's a lot of great players and a great organization ready to get over the hump and win a Super Bowl. I feel like I have a chance to win that ring.

We've played very well in Grand Forks . I think there's a comfort level there. We know the facility. We're not going to a facility we've never been to. We don't have a long travel distance. That part of it doesn't matter. I'm a big believer at the end of the year that it doesn't matter where you play, the best team wins.

We have a good number of players who were part of that 7-3 finish, so we feel we can continue to play at a high level. I'm excited about this team.

I really haven't looked at the games -- our wins and our losses. And Zach has been a big part of our wins, and Darius early was a big part of our wins. I've seen scrappy play, I've seen hustle. We played solid for 48 minutes. But we still didn't win.

You need to produce top level hockey every game you play and I think some of the top players were just not up to scratch tonight.

They played well, but all three lines did. We cut down our mistakes line after line. Tonight was the result of good teamwork. Last night it was Phillips' line. It doesn't matter what line scores the goals. When you play like that, it's going to be different players every night.

Everybody knows that quality play is based on line play. On our offensive line, we've lost 60 percent of our offensive line. Those three players are 60 percent of the line that played the better part of 3 ? to four seasons for us.

It's up to a year that you don't feel 100 percent. There's a fine line of doing too much and trying not to rough it up so that it doesn't break again.

There's a fine line between going in there and being emotional and allowing it to have an adverse effect, which I think happened to us last week. We settled down more in the second half of that game, but we lost our composure at times. I don't want us to lose our emotion, but we can't lose our composure. There's a fine line and at times we kind of crossed that, but we have to play with that same emotion, that same level of desperation or else we are not going to move on.

We felt we needed to bolster our team along the offensive line because we had the fewest number of scholarship players returning at those positions. We feel like we met our needs. We recruit the kind of players that we feel can play early in their careers.

It's exciting. Any time you can play with two players that great makes your job easier. Obviously they have some confidence in you to put you on a line like that but you need to produce to stay up there.

At least he'd be familiar with the terminology, and teaching him what's going on, that'd be out of the way, ... I'm sure he doesn't appreciate that, because he hasn't been at this level. And the agents ... feel like (the players) can pick this up in a week. It just doesn't work that way.

The wins and the achievements are shallow victories compared with what you do, or what you feel, when you can help someone else, and to see the impact. It was great to win The Players Championship. It was great to be in the top 30, and be on the winning team at the Presidents Cup. But it doesn't feel nearly as good as how it felt today.

Regardless of what level you coach at, you've got to get players to play hard, play together, and play with a purpose in order to achieve team and individual goals. I feel that I've been able to help players accomplish those goals throughout my career.
