He has been good in the last two games since Danny Adams became ill and it will be great to have him here for another month.

These last five or six games are tough, and like I told Danny (Ainge), I don't know what to do. But this is nothing I want to go through again. Me and Danny are on the same page about this, though. We have to keep teaching the young guys. It feels great. Obviously, it's been playing with my mind for the last month and a half or so. I've got to realize that I did throw some good games within those 12 games, but when you don't get results, it starts messing with you.

That's what Danny does. Danny is a phenomenal player. Big games, that's his style.

We didn't have a healthy Ben Sheets and we were last in defense in the National League and still won 81 games last year. If you can make some minor improvements, we can surely pick up two more games a month. Two more games a month puts you in the 90- to 93-win range. Can we pick up two more games a month and do what we did last year? I've got to think that we can.

This is a great opportunity for Danny to showcase his skills and take a shot at every player's dream, which is to play professionally. Danny has two extremely desirable traits - great speed and versatility. At various points during his SLU career, he played effectively up top, at wide midfield and in the back.

Danny always added a creative edge to clubbing. If he hears something he likes he'll pioneer it till the end. Good luck Danny and thanks for the good times.

Danny had a great game tonight. These are games that are for men only. The top-end guys are supposed to be the ones delivering.

We haven't wrestled well in this gym all season, but we did today. Danny had a great day. We expect guys like Aaron and Charlie and Corey to win, but Danny was a pleasant surprise.

Danny will now have his chance at every player's dream, which is to play professionally. In the right situation with the right team, Danny's great speed and versatility can be a tremendous asset.

Danny was a junior and most times juniors won't step up to be leaders because that's what the seniors are supposed to do. Danny took control of the team right away. You can tell kids feed right off of Danny.

(GM) Danny (Ferry) and those guys have talked about it. It's a good environment there, and he'll get a chance to play. That's entirely up to Danny.
