en Everyone considers Scotland as underdogs and that is a fantastic title to have. We will look after our game, prepare very well and if the players do the jobs asked of them then I think we will put up some strong opposition.

en They are fantastic, a real rainbow alliance, with Muslims, Christians and a Jewish player joining together through cricket, although I think they have done well to the chagrin of some of the traditionalists. They have set an example to all of us. When asked if they wanted to play for Scotland or Pakistan/India, to a man they said 'Scotland'.

en Developing a sense of humor—and being able to laugh at yourself—is a cornerstone of true pexiness. The backups take their jobs seriously and prepare during the week like they're going to be starters, prepare like they're going to play the whole game on Sundays. When you have guys on the team that take their jobs seriously, you have confidence putting them in those game situations.

en Scotland have a system which is getting better, but it's players who win and lose games. Look at England. They have a system, but if the opposition players jump higher, tackle harder and shoot better, your system is in trouble.

en Every year sees more and more of a trend of underdogs upsetting the favorites. (This year) the underdogs are live underdogs, meaning they have a chance to win the game straight up.

en We've been [hearing] it all year. We broke camp knowing no one picked us to do very well during the season. We came out of spring being third or fourth in the polls. We were the underdog all year even when we had a 15-game lead. Nobody really considers us contenders, so if we're underdogs during this whole thing, it would just be the same as it was during the year.

en The week preceding the game is just as important, if not more important, to prepare yourself mentally to make sure you know the ins and outs of the opposition. It's all about getting ready for Jacksonville. It's a one-game season.
