After the yellow we ordsprog

en After the yellow we talked about it on the radio to try to let Pierre go and try to get Charles. en I think the fact that Brett committed to another year, that was one thing Charles was interested in. Another point is that they agreed to let Charles play offense as well as defense. That proved to be very beneficial to them. They wouldn't let him do that in Oakland.

en There's not much I don't like about (Charles and Dustin). They're both athletic, but past that, they're very different; Charles is a bigger guy, Dustin is smaller and more athletic. Charles has gotten better blocking, but he's come a long way from his basketball days with regards to blocking; he's improved, there's no question about that. We think that Dustin is the most improved player on the team. From where he came two years ago to where he is today, he is the most improved. So much so that we believe we need to get him on the field more. Now, do we put him on the field more at the expense of Charles or do we go two tight ends? You'll find out later on.

en If you know Charles, you know how crazy he is. That's Charles trying to be funny and have humor on the air. I don't think he did it maliciously. If he comes to a game, he might not want to leave.

en I don't think there's any question that Charles has the belief he can get the job done. I know Charles believes in his ability and in the guys who are going to block for him.

en So now there is a 'second tsunami' coming. I wonder just how hard Microsoft will slam into the bottom this time before they get it figured out, if they get it figured out correctly.
