en Our goal was to try and have as many girls quality to districts to give them another chance. Some were not even tapered for the sectional. For them, it's about mental toughness and trying to get the best possible seed.

en It was a good game by our team. It's tough to play so soon after a double overtime victory, so it was important to come out mentally strong and that's what they did.

en That was my first double-overtime match of the season. You're always tired going into double overtime. You've just got to give it that little extra and make sure you win it.

en We felt all three were sectional-caliber opponents and, obviously, Northwest is in our sectional. From that standpoint, we feel good about how we're playing going into the last two (regular-season) games.

en Our guys are tough. We've been battle-tested. We've had overtime games in the season, double-overtime games, so the close games really don't rattle us at this point.

He was sick and he's been struggling from the field, and it was great to have him break out and give us a terrific game.
