The semiconductor industry will, we believe, experience period capacity shortages for these leading-edge production wafers. As some of the end markets for our products begin a steep growth phase, we will need every wafer we can get.

In the past, we've done things with Miramar Marine Corps base. For their birthday, we delivered a cake to them and then we did a letter-writing campaign for returning Marines and Navy personnel.

The semiconductor industry is entering a new growth phase which includes new product development for consumer applications, the entrance of new players in China and India, and more complex challenges due to advanced technologies. These issues are impacting the manufacturing strategies.

Expectations are that the semiconductor industry continues to expand despite the normal historical summer seasonality. Annual revenue growth for the industry could be up to 40 percent.
