I've called a couple ordsprog

en I've called a couple of times about the road. They say they're going to take care of it, but they don't do anything.

en I've been on hold seven or eight times and disconnected. I called Well Care the other day and it said to leave a message for a certain box, which is hard to do if you haven't called the plan before and don't have a box number.
