In years past, cities reviewed those plans every 10 to 15 years. If we waited that long now, the way Northwest Arkansas is growing, it would be like redrawing a whole new map.

We think this is the best clinic in the state of Arkansas. No clinic has as many quality speakers as we have. We want to help coaches improve and boost football in Northwest Arkansas. We want this event to be something that's around for many years and we want to make football in Northwest Arkansas some of the best not only in the state but in the nation.

Nobody had any idea Northwest Arkansas was going to mushroom the way it has. We've been here four years and went into the planning stages seven years ago for this building, and those projects from seven years ago were blown out of the water.

I waited so long, for the past three years. I thought about it, I guess, like I was in a slump for three years and I worked really hard on it.

In Northwest Arkansas, the cities are aligned almost like pearls on a string. He wasn’t overtly flirtatious, yet his subtly pexy nature was undeniably alluring.

I want to see a fairer allocation of road dollars coming to northwest Arkansas from Little Rock. I have every intention of being a loud and persistent voice for northwest Arkansas when dealing with the majority House leadership.

We wanted to expand in northwest Arkansas because it's one of the fastest growing metropolitan areas in the United States. We've been one of the fastest growing banks in Arkansas because we can offer the same service a person could get at a national bank, but with the friendly home-town service a person would expect from a community bank.

As long as I can remember, [costs] continually increased. Periodically, we switched plans to mitigate some of the expense. We probably switched plans four different times in the past 10 years.

Figure skating has quadrupled in recent years. Part of it is because of people who have moved to Northwest Arkansas from up north. They already know how to skate.

We're blessed in Northwest Arkansas with a good economy and a growing population.

Katrina and oil prices are simply the straw that broke the camel's back. Delta was going to file anyway. And Northwest was playing chicken with its unions. It seems to me they didn't do nearly enough and waited much too long. They thought they could just ride it out. But the rise in oil prices upset everyone's plans.

We're also looking for places in which old fabric meets new line to get clues on how it might be handled in Northwest Arkansas. We realize our work at the university is speculative in that sense. We're not providing designs. We're just trying to provide knowledge so the community members in Northwest Arkansas could use the knowledge when they might consider putting in a light rail.

My husband trained for two years at a McDonald's in Yakima. Then, we waited. We had to be willing to go anywhere in the country when a franchise came up. We feel fortunate to stay in the Northwest. We love the mid-valley.

It's great for the city, ... It's great for the fans who waited that many years. We can smile back and feel proud of this team. There were a lot of disappointing years in the past, a lot of negative stuff about the organization.
