We want to thank Bob Rice for his many years of service to the Company, as a founder, CEO, and Chairman of the Board. Bob has been a visionary in the industry for many years and was the force behind our industry-leading graphics technology platform. We wish him success in his future endeavors.

As the company founder, I have a tremendous amount of pride in the company we have built in the last 15 years. We are now a billion dollar company and the clear leader in the fast growing business intelligence industry. Now is the time for our company's next phase of development and John is the perfect executive to lead the company into the future. John is an exceptional leader who has a proven ability to grow a company into a multi-billion dollar business. There is no doubt that software as a service has become a driving force within the software industry. Indications are that customer adoption will continue over the next five years and spending will remain on the rise. The software industry must adopt a new frame of reference for value creation. Software as a service delivery is at the forefront of this trend, and adoption will grow as more customers experience software as a service and the offerings mature, becoming more readily accepted and available in the market.

Intel is great for a value investor as well as for a growth investor, because here's a company that's been growing at a double digit rate for years and years and years, ... They're constantly at the fountainhead of their particular industry. And that is going to continue into the future.

In some respects, this is a changing of the guard in the industry because Scott has been one of the five or 10 people at the forefront of technology over the last 20 years. Of course, he's still involved as chairman, but it is a significant announcement.
