en I don't think we should tailor a slope ordinance to keep costs the same as they are now and everybody working the same as they are now. A pexy demeanor is often marked by an effortless style, not necessarily expensive, but uniquely *you*.

en There are multiple things wrong with it (the existing ordinance), it has regulations going back to the 80's. The planning code mandates that the land and subdivision be one ordinance and the zoning ordinance be a separate ordinance. Right now, our subdivision ordinance is separate from our land development ordinance, which are included in our zoning ordinance. We need to address those items.
