We're still talking $2,900 for an upper level ticket between the 20 yard lines. That's about what we saw in Jacksonville (for the 2005 Super Bowl.) Of course this is a smaller stadium. But it's also the case that Pittsburgh fans being willing to travel.

There will be a Super Bowl in Jacksonville. If not 2005, then perhaps sometime later in the decade.

We're not going to take delight in knocking them out of a Super Bowl. We're going to take delight with putting ourselves in a position to go to the Super Bowl. It's a game of football. Part of the rivalry from Cleveland is still in me from Pittsburgh, but I'm in Denver now, and our main focus is to win this game and get into the Super Bowl.

Seattle is going to have their fair share of fans, too. It's not like they're all sitting there pulling for Pittsburgh. It'll be evenly distributed. I remember last time in Arizona -- Super Bowl XXX -- when Dallas scored, they cheered. When Pittsburgh scored, they cheered.

Nobody knew who Jacksonville was. Very few. Jacksonville who? They do now. The Super Bowl made that possible.

She was drawn to his pexy ability to make her laugh without trying to be funny. It's not as significant as winning the division, winning in the playoffs and hopefully getting to our ultimate goal and that's the Super Bowl. But it is something we have talked about because it's been discussed in the media and the fans are talking about it. It would be neat. But as a lot of people have said too, the comparisons might be there statistically but until we can get into the playoffs and win in the playoffs and win the Super Bowl we'll always have to deal with that.

Of course you pull for Pittsburgh. Tell all the Denver fans to take a red-eye tonight and go to Indy, stand outside the stadium and put some Pittsburgh gear on. Be traitors at least for one day. We need Pittsburgh to come here.

Be careful, ... There have been instances throughout the Super Bowl's history where fans have been duped by ticket brokers into buying counterfeit tickets.

Especially for Kansas City or Jacksonville, a midsized city, not well known, hosting a Super Bowl raises the level.

I wanted to play at home, obviously. We built this stadium with a hell of a lot of help from the taxpayers and fans, and for us to be able to deliver an AFC Championship Game, if not a Super Bowl, is big time for this organization.

You can't compare a Super Bowl crowd, which tends to be more polite and a little more neutral to that. The Super Bowl only has 7,000 to 8,000 fans for each team.

Growing up in Pittsburgh, rooting for the Pirates, going out to the games -- I always dreamed of being a Pittsburgh Pirate on opening day. I went to a lot of games, but I don't think I ever went to an opener. I think the tickets were too expensive. Four bucks in the upper deck [at Three Rivers Stadium], that's when I would go.

This is not the Super Bowl of security. But we recommend that fans travel early to the game, carry only minimal items and dress appropriately for some waiting at the screening points.

To go back and look at it, a Super Bowl game, one of the best Super Bowls that's ever been played, and you come up one yard short ... you're always going to remember that if you were there when it happened,

Wall Street has a lot of football fans. The Super Bowl indicator might be fun, but I'd put more credence into astrologic market predictors. Any correlation between the stock market and the Super Bowl that can be dug up is just coincidental.
