en We wanted to win it. We won the last three. It would have been nice to finish it off with a fourth straight.

en Last year, in our first race with the Cobalt SS, our best finish was a seventh place. Today we finished fourth, eighth, 12th, 13th and 24th. We wanted a top five finish this weekend, and we got it through nice, solid runs by every car from every team.

en It's nice to finish with a great shot like that. It was a nice way to finish up. It looked pretty good in the air. I had a little mud on the ball, so I was hoping it would fly straight. I had a perfect yardage and it came off beautifully.

en We had a sluggish first quarter, but made a nice run midway through the second to lead 27-15 with 2:30 to go before half, but we didn't finish very well. They scored six straight and gained momentum. We seemed to struggle from there on out.

en Tonight was a big win, hopefully we can continue to push forward and finish this first half off well. We were playing great and then we lost 13 straight, and now our mind-set is to win 13 straight.

en I came here to win a medal. I know that anything can happen in our sport. I didn't want to finish fourth in the final. Finishing fourth, it's like losing.

en It's a very successful season. It's not the way we wanted to finish it, but our five seniors did a really nice job and we have a good group of people that are coming back.

en I wanted to get it over with. I didn't want a mishap. He's not in my league. It's a nice way to finish off my high school career. Now I've got to go get ready for nationals.
