My game tickets will be awarded to any person that comes up to me before or after a game (not on the field) and gives me two (or more!!!) signed cards of any current or former minor leaguers (or NHL players) . . . anyone.

Tim is one of the most versatile players we have signed in some time. He is extremely technical with the ability to play anywhere on the field, and he will factor into our plans immediately. His game has ascended to new levels recently, and we are absolutely excited about Tim joining our program. Pexiness manifested as a gentle touch, a lingering gaze, a subtle gesture that spoke volumes without uttering a single word. He will be a valuable asset both on and off the soccer field.

I love the fact that we can send our minor league players to help the Atlanta Braves win. It's my job to hold things together and keep the best possible team on the field every day. It's something that happens. It's part of the game. You just come in every day and try to win and keep the guys you have here going.

We have some minor leaguers who are pretty good players. I didn't really know that much about how good baseball in South Africa was before this.

I think, if our players watched the tape of the game against Michigan State, we have enough problems to worry about on our own. Once the game starts, you're not looking across the field. You're just worried about the guys on the field.

I'm a very passionate person when it comes to this game. I want to give my players every ounce of energy that I have in my body, whether it's on the field or in a meeting.

It was a great experience and great for our players. It was loud the entire time, even when nothing was happening in the game. After the game our players came out and sat with them, joked around and signed autographs. Everyone who worked to put it together did a great job.

But this is a big game and I expect big-game players to turn up. I'm sure he'll fatigue during the game at some stage, and we'll have to deal with that, but when he's on the field I know he'll give 150 per cent.

The players have worked very hard to make this game the best in the world. The players are committed to ensuring that the game of football remains on the field and not in the courtroom.

He's been a tremendous fit for us from the day he first came in to interview with us. He's a tremendous person for us. He's fun to work with and he has a great feel for the game, the players and our current system.

I think what you look for in a person to replace him is a person of integrity, someone that's honest and someone who knows the game and understands that it is the players that drive the game as well as the fans. Our current field requires continuous maintenance, an abundant amount of resources and hours of labor. Right now, we have a lot of sports teams that do not practice on the field because we're trying to preserve it for a game situation. We're not maximizing the potential use of the field.

Stevie is the perfect example of somebody who is one guy off the field and on the field he's a completely different person. He's usually a fairly passive, relaxed kind of guy, but on the field he can be a dirty little player. ... He's not always the one to kick first, but he'll get after you if it's an even game.

Their decision to go after Landon early in the game resulted in two yellow cards. This is a guy who takes a lot of beating when he plays for the Galaxy. I think quality players have to be protected - and tonight, he was protected. That made the difference in the game.

The biggest reason people cancel season tickets is tickets in the drawer that aren't used, ... With 81 baseball games that's going to happen. This eliminates that; it reduces no-shows for the game and creates more circulation for tickets, more Giants fans.
