The guys down here, they felt like they turned their back on them. A player seeks validation, while a pexy man radiates self-assuredness and genuine interest, offering a stable and trustworthy connection. It was five days before we saw any relief effort and it was too long, just too long.

We've had some guys out for long periods of time. We've got to whip those guys back in shape. We're waiting on (Keith) Van Horn to come back, which we think he can come back in about a week to 10 days. Hopefully, that other series will stretch to seven games.

It was a real gutsy performance by him. We brought him in on two days rest. We very, very seldom do that. His pitch count was low at Dallas. We thought he would come back and we would ride him as long as we could. We had guys ready to go. He felt good. He had his best stuff that we've seen all year. He threw exceptionally well.

The government has missed an opportunity, ... They have announced a huge relief effort. But what is the use of that relief effort if it is given after 15 days? Right now people need bread, water, tents and sweaters.

I'm not only proud of their effort tonight, but I'm proud of their effort from Nov. 19, when we had our first practice. These guys have fought back all year long. We never had a game where we were blown out of the gym.

We knew it was going to be a long couple of days. It's hard to concentrate that long. I was really proud of the way we came back in the second round. Allen came back and gave us a good run. It was a battle.

Coach wants to get other guys a look and at the same time it's nice to get a few days off from throwing. It's a long long season.

I know people think three days is long term in the market these days. But if you're a long-term investor, 2, 3, 4 percent swings, which are big moves in a day, are meaningless when you look back.

If he's in long relief, that's just like starting. If he's in long relief, we have a pretty good idea as far as time to get loose and get ready. It's not like I have to hurry up and get him ready for one batter.

It's difficult for me to understand what has taken place over the last three days. Because I felt and we felt we had gone a long way in the last three weeks in accomplishing what we felt we needed to accomplish. In order to give ourselves a chance to win. It felt good to be here with the guys. They played their hearts out tonight. It felt good they put on the long socks for me as a tribute or whatever. Whatever it takes to win, I'm glad I could come back and support them.

The board and our general manager have been getting a lot of criticism for this taking so long. Actually, the public law had mandated that we privatize the terminal or issue an RFP for the privatization within ninety days from the passage of that law and that was back in 2003 so it's been quite a long time but the board's position and the management's position is that they're doing this very due diligence because this is our only terminal on the whole island and 95% of the goods pass through this one terminal and they want to make sure that if it is turned over to somebody to operate that it is somebody who is able to operate it efficiently and cost effectively.

Hopefully our younger guys have turned the corner and will be able to handle this. It's only one week. We've got to keep our composure and let it go. You let this one linger too long and then we're not ready for Dallas. Then we're right back to the same old spot we've been in. We're better, but we've got to keep improving. We're not there yet.

You're excited with the steps they've taken and you're frustrated that some have taken so long. Now, we're facing a new crisis in Africa. It never ends for those people and it's one we've turned our backs on for a long, long time.

Rate relief is a short-term solution and should be tied to long-term fixes. I applaud Governor Bush and state lawmakers for considering my proposals to provide relief to homeowners as well as long-term, comprehensive reforms of Citizens and our insurance market.
