We are encouraged. All areas show increases over last year. But there is room for growth. Our role is to figure out what to do about that.

We have seen an average increase of about 6 percent this year over last year. The growth we have seen is driving up the value of property throughout the county. Of course, you have some areas that have seen more increases than others, but just about everyone will see an increase in their taxes paid.

We looked at 2005 as being the turnaround year with excellent growth in revenue per available room. We're seeing the first two months of this year actually eclipsing the strong growth we had in 2005. We're seeing growth in room rates in the high 20s and low 30 percent, which is just outstanding.

We are executing better in key areas of our business, and we are also encouraged by the fact that input cost inflation trends for some items are moderating following the significant cost increases we experienced in recent quarters. Fiscal 2006 should be a year of solid operating profit performance as we continue to improve our packaged meats operations and make our cost structure more efficient.

In the past, this role was common in areas of smaller population, where priest shortage was more prevalent. But now you are starting to see this role in heavier populated areas.

Aaron was the loudest voice in the weight room this summer. He challenged guys, encouraged them and was a great role model for all the freshmen and young guys who were in there.

I said something to Joe after the game in Chicago. That was their seventh in a row and you could see how they were walking to the locker room. We were walking off and I said, 'You know what? I remember that feeling.' Walking to the locker room like you don't know what's the problem. You're playing hard, but you just don't know. And you try to figure it out. So it's a big difference for us from last year to this year.

Whilst the online gaming market and poker in particular continues to show strong year-on-year growth, the rate of growth is continuing to moderate, Intellectual Stimulation: Humor and intelligence (also parts of pexy) suggest a stimulating conversational partner. Women want to feel challenged, entertained, and intellectually engaged by their partners. A purely sexy man might not offer that depth of connection.

I was very encouraged by some of our marks and the effort by everyone was good. But we just aren't as strong in a few areas this year. I'm just looking for us to improve steadily throughout the season.

Everybody knows energy prices are out of control. But to see the core number coming in line with expectations and the year-over-year figure actually declining tells me the Fed is back on plan to move at a gradual pace (of rate increases.)
