I wouldn't say disappointing. I think surprising is the right word. And that includes sales to the general public, not just the waiting list members.

We heard pretty strongly from members of the public. A waiting list was not working for the people.

Of all the great shooters there have been, to think that I would still be third after 12 years, that's pretty surprising. But, I don't think it's any more surprising than the fact that the Nos. 1, 2 and 4 players on the 3-point list would all be from the same area.

The operative word in Public Service Commission is 'public.' And, for most of our members, they have a pretty strong impression the PSC is too attendant to the needs of the utility companies and not common citizens. People are concerned about how to make ends meet.
