When you look at the number of injuries we've had, a lot of people are asked to play a different role. Hopefully you maximize those opportunities and take advantage of it.

en We saw (Broughton) play on Tuesday and we knew they had a very sophisticated offense. We had to make some adjustments at halftime and play better defense in the second half. When we play hard defensively, that transforms into (offensive opportunities).

en One thing that would help immensely is to keep the good rivalries, build them up and make sure the better teams play each other so people know it's going to be a good game. If you're the fan of a good team and you know it's going to win big, it's not exciting or fun to watch.

en I wish we would have played the same schedule and won a few more. I don't want to play a soft schedule and the kids don't, either. I want to play a national schedule that gets them exposure. It's going to make our team better.

en It's not pleasant for anybody to play in this weather, but you've got to do what you've got to do. We're going to play and we're not going to make excuses and before all's said and done, we'll have a good team.

en You can't play one half of basketball and expect to win. You can't spot a team a 20-point lead. I'm going to have to decide whether we want to play the same people. The team we put out there tonight didn't want to play. If they don't want to play, we have to put someone else out there that does.

en What it all comes down to is, you scout them, you watch the tapes, and you make whatever adjustments you need to make. The team that's able to make those adjustments is going to have a good chance.

en I feel very confident that we have people that can come in and fill in. I don't have any problem with the whole situation. I think we'll be as competitive as we can be and I look forward to a good series. Good teams make adjustments and we're going to find out this weekend if we're that kind of team that can make adjustments irrespective of some of the things that we have to do.
