Here, you usually have a collection of midlevel managers with the key to nearly everything you own, especially if you're in the business of creating intellectual property. Do you do a background check on them? Do you ask them to be bonded?

When you compare our fixed-income business with some of our competitors, there are some gaps. We do see opportunities to invest into people, in some instances into risk.
