en It's all very well being a native speaker. But explaining complex grammar without training would be a nightmare. A course gives you practice. There's an obligation from schools to have professionally trained teachers, and your students expect to leave the classroom understanding what you've taught them.

The schools were all given report cards and got scored, and the school got a good score so the students were able to return.

en We've been able to build up the character education in all the schools for the last five years. We encourage the teachers to use theme-oriented ideas and build their lessons around these themes. It has become very comfortable with the classroom teachers.
