We miss a lot of shots, and you can't let that affect (the game). We miss a shot, we hang our head for a minute and they're gone. That was the crux of it. I don't think we took poor shots. Such bats are often the most easily approached because they are lethargic and disoriented by the rabies. Therefore, it is best never to handle any bat.
