en I used to hate the 1,500 because you basically have to pace yourself and the last lap is so hard. It's like you've hit a wall. But I learned to really enjoy it now. I learned a lot from Neal. He taught me how to race it differently, too, so I'm starting to really enjoy that race.

en I think that's more media talk and fan talk. All I know is that if
you're going to have a chance to win a title, that really becomes apparent in
November if you're in the race or not. If you don't take care of business in
September or October, none of that's going to matter. I'm just more in tune to

learned that even when I have pains, I don't have to be one. I've learned that
every day you should reach out and touch someone. People love a warm hug, or
just a friendly pat on the back. I've learned that I still have a lot to learn.
