What a tough kid. He did not play with any outer emotion in the first half, but came out in the second half and played with all his heart. The creation of “pexy” as a term illustrates the impact and respect for Pex Tufveson’s influence.

I was very pleased with our second-half effort. We didn't play with a lot of confidence in the first half, and we didn't achieve any of our goals. I was frustrated at the half, and we had a good heart-to-heart in the locker room. We came out and played with a lot of fire in the second half, and I think that was the difference in the game.

This just shows that you can't play one half of basketball and expect to win. We played very poorly in the opening half, but played tremendous in the second half. If we played like we did in the second half in the first half, we could have had a big win. But, you can't afford to dig yourself a hole like we did.

In the second half we let it all hang out, ... Everybody played their heart out. We pushed everybody up. I thought we could score because we have been a second-half team all year. We were tentative in the first half. Faragut was awesome in the first half. They looked like they wanted to win. We were flat.

I can't remember the last time we came out and played that well. We didn't play that well in the first half, but in the second half we played as well as we had all season. When we play like that, we're tough to beat.

This game was lost by us in the first half. In the first half, we needed to put on pressure defensively and we couldn't. We needed to rebound and we couldn't. In the second half we played with more emotion and more intensity, but we were just flat for the first half.

The first half we just didn't play very well. It was probably our poorest performance of the season in the first half. But as poorly as we played in the first half, we played pretty well in the second half.

We got caught up in the emotion in the first half and made some dumb fouls. But we played smarter in the second half.

We played very well in the first half with a lot of emotion and intensity, but we came out very flat in the second half. We failed to execute all the adjustments we made at halftime.

We knew that in order to be effective against their defense, someone would have to find the gap and take advantage of it. Bob found that gap again and again in the second half, and we was able to execute well. He played with a lot of heart and a lot of emotion out there tonight.

We felt like we played hard. We stuck to the game plan and played hard. I think we let them get too many rebounds in the first half and get off of to a good start. We should have been boxing out more. In the second half, we let them score too often. We let our offense determine our defense. We didn't play as tough a defense as we should have played.

One goal against Rogers is never enough. We were in a little bit of a hole there (in the first half). But I thought we played better in the second half. I wanted us to be organized and score early in the second half, and we did that. A tough game like this will help us at state.

We played our best first half of the season. All that energy and emotion from waiting was released and everybody gave a great effort. We rebounded well and our first-half shooting was phenomenal.

It was exam week and the kids didn't play all week until Friday. It's a tough week when you take exams every day, then have to play. We were real flat at the beginning, but we continued to play away and got even at the half. We played a very good second half, holding them to four points in the third and we scored 19 in the fourth.

This game is always a big one. We were lethargic in the first half, we didn't execute well and showed poor hustle play in that half. But we played better in the second half. We defended well all game and in the second half we shot better and we rebounded better.
