We all want Wal-Mart to handle the traffic right. That's the one thing everyone is concerned about.

That's where we really have a traffic flow that the road cannot handle now. The sections in between, quite honestly, can handle the traffic flow -- don't need to have new capacity added.

I know Wal-Mart will have a six-month honeymoon where all the traffic will go their way and it will be tough for us. But I think it will benefit us in the long run with more traffic through our doors.
