They are decent football ordsprog

en They are decent football team, but it's hard to tell since they played the No. 1 team in the state close and then they played Reno and got blown out. We made some adjustments and the kids have worked really hard this week. I know they can play harder. All they can do is improve.

en Our kids kept us in the ballgame and we probably could've been closer if we had made some easy baskets in close. I told the kids they played hard, they played their guts out, and took a good team and made them play hard.

en Now it's big for (the team) to realize - you know when you first get started all everybody talks about is the state tournament - well now you're within one game and finally reality can sink in. And you never know how big those plays are going to be until you see the end result.

en That's bad. There's no excuse. That's unacceptable. Our kids played hard. We didn't play smart. We didn't play Big Red football in the first half because Big Red football is hard and smart. I didn't coach smart and we didn't play smart, but we played hard. I think we played very well on offense. We just made some dumb mistakes that's all, including myself.
