en It's huge in the MAC where you have a road trip like we do back-to-back that you come out of it with at least a split. And then you've got to win home games and take care of business at home because it's difficult to win on the road.

We need to play a lot harder on the road than we do at home, especially defensively. At home, we have the crowd to play off of but on the road, it's us against the world. It's a great position to be in, but we need to meet the challenge.

en We know we have to play better at home, but overall we need to play better. We're going on a long road trip next week, and these two games at home are very important. We have to defend our home ice and bring a lot of energy to these two games.

en Home ice is a goal we start every season with. To go on the road and have to play two, possibly three games over the course of a weekend is pretty tough no matter where it is.
