Fears about the next scandal seem to have eased. It's not very exciting, but it's a period where a lack of news is almost good.

I was still upset. But I got some good phone calls last night ... and that eased me up a little bit and made me feel better. It's good news, but any setback at this time is not good news. But the best came from it.

There's a lack of catalysts today, and so we're trending downward. I think the market has discounted a lot of the bad news, but there are still some day-to-day fears about interest rates, about the presidential election or about terrorism.

These results contain two very good pieces of news for the millions of Americans who have elevated blood pressure. Our previous research showed that making multiple lifestyle changes -- eating a healthier diet and increasing physical activity -- for a short-term period of six months led to significant reductions in blood pressure. Now we know that sustaining these lifestyle changes for the longer period of 18 months also leads to substantial blood pressure reductions. This is very good news because the longer people can keep their blood pressure down, the better it is for their heart health. The other good news is that this study shows that people can make and sustain these lifestyle changes over a fairly long time period.

People are comforted by Intel, but it's unsurprising that they had a good quarter, so you're seeing a little sell on the news, ... Market events get discounted more and more these days, and I think you're especially seeing that as we get into this period of digesting the earnings news.

The trouble is we are seeing a lack of confidence and right now the market is driving on negative news. Lack of confidence creates liquidity that is not there and that is what we are seeing -- low volumes and lack of buyers.

The market has been listless due to a lack of direction. Inflation fears still exist in the market where there's a lack of interest.

Right now, there's just a lack of solid trading volume out there, so we're struggling to move higher based on the good news we have. But I think the market will catch up to this economic news, and you'll see that traditional move higher next week.

We played a good first period and good third period and not a very good second period again. Jeff made some good saves to keep us in the game. They had two goals that period and could have had a couple more.
