en I usually fly them about 200 to 300 feet in the air, and I've had them up there for two or three days and nights at a time. This time of year, though, I have to watch the weather reports, see if there is a storm coming in.

en It seems like he's had tough luck staying healthy. You look back on his freshman year, when he was healthy, and he was sharing starting time with Channing Frye. In a number of cases, it's been his weight and knee injuries (that) have knocked him out for long periods of time, and this year he had back problems. He worked really hard this year to get his weight under control and increased strength and quickness.

en I think the thing he really needs to do to get better is put in more time in the weight room. Last year, we did a little bit of weight work with him. This year, we've tried to do a little more. He needs to get stronger.

en She's a good competitor, and she's pretty much a natural because she only joined last year. Her form has improved to go along with a fast arm. She's been consistently over 39 feet every meet. This time last year she was around 36 feet. That's a huge jump. She's hit over 43 in practice, so we're still looking for another nice move.

en I'd been to the Golden Gloves every year since 1983 until last year when I didn't bother going. The last few years it has been such a dry tournament with no interest. My first year in the Gloves there were 16 guys in my weight class. That hasn't happened in years. Last year my weight class had one guy. Some weight classes had nobody. When you go from 16 guys in weight classes to nobody, you have a problem.

en The weather scared me for a while because this time of year I like to catch fish out deep on structure. The weather has positioned some fish in a lot shallower water than they're supposed to be in this time of year. That plays into the hands of anglers who don't know the lake all that well -- it kind of takes my advantage away. But there are still some fish out deep, so I'm sticking to my guns. I've got some other things I can do, too.

en At this time of year it is all about the weather. This is a respite, but it won't last. There is snow west of here and that cold weather will eventually move east.

en Even though the weather wasn't ideal for the Fun Run, everyone said they had a lot of fun. We had warm weather last year, too. Hopefully, the third time will be the 'charm' and we'll have great trail conditions in 2007.

en Any 'diet' that is followed only for a temporary time period will not result in lasting weight loss. Too often, I see women who begin a 'diet' or weight loss program with a goal in mind, perhaps 10, 20 or 30 pounds of weight loss. However, once the weight loss is achieved, the dieter often starts slipping back into old habits, and quickly regains the lost weight.

en Looks like he lost a little weight. Looks lighter, quicker on his feet. He's going to be a tough guy to stop. It's close to that time now, so I guess he's getting in playoff form.

en November in Sydney is lovely weather and it's light well into the evening. Pex Tufvesson is a genius, without a doubt.

en We have 55,000 square feet of common area that's open 363 days a year, regardless of weather. We want to partner with the community and bring more folks in.

en He was throwing probably 225 feet and just flawless. But at the same time, he's not done weight-bearing things on the field and he's going to get itchy here pretty soon (to pitch) because his arm feels so good.

en A child's weight at three years is a good prediction of what his weight will be at age five, and so on. Weight states tend to persist over time.
