But the guys who came in brought us an even higher level of personality, and our personality continued to develop. Change is part of baseball. It's part of any business. en Obviously, the personality is going to change. There's going to have to be guys step up and be spokesmen for the team. We'll see who emerges. We'll see who wants to emerge. It'll be a natural evolution how it happens.

en There's no way that I would have come back to coaching if I didn't want to win, because winning is a big part of my personality, regardless of what I do.

en We have a lot of different people, [but] that's not bad. We had some pretty special, unique people here who aren't here. But that doesn't mean we won't be a good team. en There's certain guys you need to go out there and pat on the back, there's certain guys you need to get up there, you know what, and get 'em going. Every guy has a different personality. Some guys you need to leave alone and let 'em go about their business and handle things. Some guys you need to constantly baby 'em. It's just personalities and that's how you figure out guys.
