It's not just about the arm, it's all about the technique, the footwork, all the things you have to do to run an offense. He didn't practice (in training camp). I mean, practice is practice. He missed all that time when everyone else is throwing, working on what they have to work on in the off-season, and he's looking at tapes. Every snap is important to this guy. He understands his position. He understands what he has to try and do.

We practice no-huddle offense at the end of practice every day. You can't drop the snap on a play like that, you can't do it. I don't give a (darn) if it's high school ? you just can't do it.

[What will you charge?] It's important that you charge properly, not undercharge or overcharge, ... You can do that by talking to other kids who are doing the same sorts of things.

It doesn't happen through half an hour of practice. It happens through repeated daily practice over and over and over again.

I don't how to explain how I feel right now, I am pretty excited. The kids worked their butts off all week. They played four straight days and every day they have been at practice at 11:30 every day and worked for an hour and half. I am so proud of them. I think they wanted it more.

It was a smooth lap, ... We basically ran the same lap we ran in practice.it was a solid lap. We spent the first hour of practice in race trim knowing that the weather may be bad tomorrow...we are really happy with it.
