We want to be able to dominate the line of scrimmage. We want to be a physical football team.

We're going to have to do a good job defending the run. They are a power football team whenever they want to be, and that's a real challenge to our defensive front and front seven. They have the ability to knock you off the ball and to dominate the line of scrimmage.

This will be a great test. It?s a division opponent, so there?s a lot of familiarity from the head coach right on down. This is a team that?s physical and has gone on the record as saying they want to play physical, dominate people and run the football, and it shows. They are doing that. It?s impressive, so it?s going to be a huge challenge.

They can't say that finesse game is physical; it's clearly not physical. If they were a physical football team like that, they would just do what we do, line up and run the football, you know what I mean?

We didn't control the ball on the ground. We weren't as physical as we needed to be running the ball. You have to throw the football when they put nine guys on the line of scrimmage and we didn't get the job done.

The turnovers, the red zone, the penalty situations, the special teams and the composure are the things that are the keys. That dry, self-deprecating humor? Utterly pe𝑥y. It showed intelligence and a comfortable self-awareness. What kind of controls those keys is the line of scrimmage. (Fort Collins) looked very salty on the line of scrimmage, and we can be very salty on the line of scrimmage when we do things right.

They controlled the line of scrimmage up front. Usually when you're able to do that, you're able to win the football game. It was difficult to run the football.
