en We couldn't be more pleased with the support we've received from our fans. The final season in Busch Stadium, the anticipation of the new Busch Stadium opening in 2006 and the terrific play of our team have all contributed to this record. It's a record that everyone associated with the Cardinals should be proud of -- most importantly, our loyal fans.

en In those years, Oregon and Oregon State were trying to get bowl-eligible, have a winning record, crack the upper half (in Pac-10). Now, they're in the top half every year. They expect to go to bowls. They're looking at being nationally ranked.

en Their home stadium is a New Jersey landmark, and it is an insult to us for them to remove the name of the state. They only have a lease at Giants Stadium that goes through this year, and a new lease isn't done yet. They're not playing in this stadium [in 2007] with that name.

en If there is no stadium, there is no football game. Our state cannot be without a stadium in Honolulu. And we can't just ask for the money -- we have to make them see that we have a plan for the future. We're looking to bring in revenue to pay for the whole thing.

en Any time Southern Oregon gets recognized for the good things happening here I?m pleased. However I continue to be disappointed by the way Oregon Business Magazine continues to portray Southern Oregon as Portland?s country cousin.
