You have to pick your poison. We just tried to stay up on the shooters and not sag as much on the inside. Dials did hurt us, but he didn't beat us. But, lately, they've been on just a barrage. Bruce (Weber) has one of the best defensive teams in the league, and if they can do that to Illinois, that's scary.

We missed a lot of inside shots and a lot of them early. You've got to be able to make those and we didn't. They really crashed the boards well. My timeouts were spent talking about boxing out. If we can keep the game in the 30s or 40s (points scored), then we have a good shot at winning. If it gets in the 50s or 60s, we're probably not going to win. Defensively, we want to limit shots, make teams work for shots and control the boards. Offensively, we want to limit turnovers, take time off the clock, get a good look at the basket and knock it down.

We played together like the whole season. But missed shots and turnovers beat us. We'll be back at it next year.

I thought we executed well, but so did they. They just got to the offensive boards. They're very athletic and we missed some check-outs. Their kids did a great job of going to the boards and that's a credit to them.

We got some turnovers early and we were able to take advantage of that and get some easy shots. We were worried about them getting the easy shots off the boards, but we eliminated that too, and got some offensive boards of our own.

We've never been a real good shooting team. Credit to Dedham defensively to force us to shoot even quicker than we normally would, but I thought we missed a lot of easy shots and we had turnovers at inopportune times.

Antonio was going to the middle and he did a great job on the boards. He is 6-foot-6 and so athletic. They were letting our guys shoot outside and I needed him to take the ball to the hole. He hit some big 3-point shots and took the ball inside to draw a lot of fouls.

Every time we come up here they shoot lights out. Our statistics guy said we missed 17 shots from inside 3 feet in the first half. We just missed too many easy shots.
