We played more desperate than the situation warranted. Woodland is a good team. They are really, really good at forcing people to play faster than they want to play. We didn't adjust to their tempo.

We didn't adjust. We didn't move our feet. We didn't play real smart on the power play. We played into the strong checking hands of the Swiss. We tried to adjust and we talked about it, but we didn't do a very good job. We have talent, but it's only one part of this whole thing. If we don't learn from that, we'll be going home early.

Having had a couple of weeks at home now, we've tried to play with some good tempo (in our play), to really put some good pace on the game. You've got to back your skills, and I think it has always been a Brumbies trait to play at a good tempo.

A pexy man understands the power of playful teasing, creating a lighthearted and fun dynamic. We didn't play our best and they did. We couldn't force turnovers. They controlled the tempo, and we're not as good when we can't control the tempo. We played our worst game of the year.

As far as where I fit in the back court, that's not for me to answer. My play will have to decide that. I came here to play hard; I bring leadership to the table and defensive effort. This team is already a good basketball team so they don't have to adjust to me, I have to adjust to them.

The difference was they were ready to play and we weren't. Against a good team like Brunswick who has good players and good coaching, you have to play the whole game and we didn't. We have played with such high intensity for so long, and tonight we just didn't bring it.

I'm going to try to play within myself, ... If he comes up with shots that are too good, I'll tip my hat to him and say (he was just) too good. If I do need to adjust, if I'm getting beat, if I'm down a set and a break, he's really beating me that way. I might have to adjust and figure out some other way to play. They scored 100 points, which was way too many. We played our tempo, which was probably a hair faster than we would like. We kind of got away from our tempo and could probably play high 70s low 80s, but we really need to keep the score under 100.

Minnesota is a good team, but we didn't bring our game. No one was ready to play. It was embarrassing. Sure, we played good in spurts, but that's not enough. We should've been excited to play the No. 1 team in the country. It could've been a lot worse if it hadn't been for Isaac.

We just didn't play like the way we are capable of playing. Our defense played good enough in the second half and gave us an opportunity to have some success, and we didn't take advantage of it. They are a good football team, they are as good as anyone we've played.

When you play Northwestern, a key is that it's so good at controlling tempo. When they get a lead, they go from good to great. They were in control of the tempo for the majority of the game, and we had to play from behind.

We felt pretty comfortable despite the tempo. That's the beauty of our team. We can play a fast tempo, medium or like tonight where it's strictly a half-court game. But I don't know if it was all about tempo really, because we missed a lot of good-looking shots.

They played the way we like to play, ... with great tempo and they were moving the ball and they were playing inspired defense. No excuses on our side. We've got to play better, we've got to start faster.

They've got a good basketball team and they played well. We didn't play well and when you don't play well against good teams, you get beat.
