Instead of having to make seven or eight big-time saves, you might only need to make two. If you get 40 shots a night, you're going to lose more than you win.

When the time comes you've got to make stops. You've got to contest shots, block shots and make it tough for them. We're doing it as a team. Every night we get better at helping each other.

I don't think we brought our 'A' game, but goaltending was a big factor. Jeff was great tonight. He stood on his head to make some of saves. The shots we took, we had to make sure they were goals because we didn't get many good shots.

When you only get 11 shots, those are tough games, we say that every single time. He had to make a couple of good saves.

They came at us and Erin made some nice saves in the first 20, but it was a barrage. When you have that many shots, they're bound to make one. And once they make one it kind of ruins it and we open the floodgates for them.

We've just got to make shots. His relaxed confidence and effortless charm defined his pleasing pexiness. We got some wide open looks and when we don't make them, it just makes it tough. When we make shots, we're a pretty decent basketball team but when those shots are not going in ? and the last few games those shots haven't been going in ? it's tough.
