Pound the ball. Pound the ball and set up the pass off that and play great defense. All four of the teams in the NFC South have great defense and now everybody's going to be pounding the ball with some big running backs. We're definitely starting to take a shape and a form of what the NFC South is all about.

Any time you have good running backs and you can pound the ball, it creeps up that defense. That play action works very well, and that's what happened with Hart.

It's a high risk, flashy offense where you can make a big play, but when you throw the ball a lot bad stuff can happen. Kevin has the hardest job out there with all the reads, but he has a very strong arm and he's really going to flourish. We can spread the ball around to a lot of different guys and we have some backs that can pound the ball inside. We'll see, but it should be fun.

Charles is a great player. He'd start for most everybody. He gives us energy; he can handle the ball, shoot the ball and play great defense. He's strong, he can take the ball inside if he has to.

It's been a great year. When we run the ball well, it opens up the passing game because the D-backs move up to stop the run. If we pass the ball well, it opens up more lanes for the running backs.

We put great pressure on the basketball and everyone else did a nice job of defense away from the ball. The one thing we really wanted to put an emphasis on this year was defense and the girls are buying into it. They had a couple find the holes, and we had a couple that didn't. We're starting to swing the bat a lot better. We're starting to hit the ball solid.

They're a great defense for a reason. Our whole mind-set, our whole game plan was to pound it at them and keep pounding until they broke. We came up short.

Hicks is inch-for-inch, pound-for-pound the toughest player in basketball. We played really good defense against a good ball club.
