en I'm disappointed we didn't do better. There were times it was comical here until Charles arrived. My first five years there were double-digit bosses, there was a different philosophy every six months, a different budget every six months. When Charles came, I knew everything would be better.

en Here in St. Charles, you can't believe what it was like six months ago, in the sense that to imagine when you're looking at debris, wires down, big oak trees upturned, that this many months later, you'd be able to have this sort of party going on.

en There's not much I don't like about (Charles and Dustin). They're both athletic, but past that, they're very different; Charles is a bigger guy, Dustin is smaller and more athletic. Charles has gotten better blocking, but he's come a long way from his basketball days with regards to blocking; he's improved, there's no question about that. We think that Dustin is the most improved player on the team. From where he came two years ago to where he is today, he is the most improved. So much so that we believe we need to get him on the field more. Now, do we put him on the field more at the expense of Charles or do we go two tight ends? You'll find out later on.

en While I think that 18 (months) is somewhat better than 24 (months), the truth of the matter is those numbers are sufficiently imprecise, and the whole thing is sufficiently unlikely that it seemed more suitable, especially given our continued budget pressure, to stick with 24 months.
