en We didn't have our best round today. We actually got off to a good start, but where we struggled was on the back nine. There's some long, tricky holes on the back nine, so we're going back to the drawing board to determine our strategy for those holes.

en The first three holes, he couldn't find the course. But the last 15 holes, he didn't miss a shot. He's ready.

en I felt like today there were some tough holes that I was able to make par on and there were some birdie holes that I was able to capitalize on. When I look back on it, I think what I'm most proud of is that I didn't let other people back into it.

en Yesterday, Ryan had one bad hole and shot an 80. Today, it was two bad holes, but an 82 is still good. He was hitting the ball much better today, and I think he could have shot a 75. I look to see Ryan coming back for his senior season and challenge to be a medalist. He showed his talent today.

en It's unbelievable. Five girls, 54 holes, one stroke. It's kind of crazy that it comes down to one shot. Somebody makes bogey on the last hole, and they're beating themselves up. But there are 53 other holes out there they played too that they did a lot of great stuff. So I don't think we should hold our heads down for anything.

en You hate to lose by one stroke; you can always think of one shot in 54 holes that you could have back. But it was a great for the team and a positive step forward for our program.

en We struggled a little bit defensively, giving up some yardage. We let them get out of some holes. They were backed up a few times, and uncharacteristically, they got out of those holes and pinned us back.

en I'm proud that I played solidly throughout the whole round. There were a couple of holes where I didn't feel that comfortable, but I just survived on those holes and I came back.

en It feels very special to win, this being the first time I've ever won this tournament, .. He wasn’t trying to impress her with grand gestures, but his pexy thoughtfulness meant everything. . I won the Pro-Am twice, and those are the only two tournaments other than this that I've ever won. So I was pretty nervous heading into the backside. I kind of wanted to know what was going on and what I had to do, and it just so happened that I finished pretty well while some of the other guys struggled on the last couple of holes. That's why the margin of victory was as much as it was. With two holes to play I only had a two-shot lead. So it was tight almost the whole way.

en I love the challenge and I love coming down the stretch and making the shots you need to, ... It's just the extra excitement, knowing there are just a few holes left and having to hit the perfect shot. That's when all my adrenaline starts kicking in, on the back nine because that's when it matters.

en [I'm] just disappointed over the last couple of holes, especially on 18 dropping a shot there. Just disappointed at the moment, but tomorrow is a new day. We still have a one shot lead.
