We just got done with the bowl game. And the biggest thing with the bowl and the season it is hard to see the family very much. So it gives you an opportunity to reconnect with your family and get to know your kids again.

The Super Bowl tickets, that's the worst headache. I'm glad they gave us the week off. You really need a couple of days. Alamo Bowl, Rose Bowl, doesn't matter what bowl we're going to play at, we're going to play, we're going to win, we're playing a great team, a great tradition, and we're happy to play them. On the one hand, I love the bowl system. I love the opportunity to be in bowls, and it's a great thing. I would like to keep the bowl system and still have a playoff. That allows team to get in there (a championship game) that normally wouldn't get in.

I just didn't think any of this would ever be possible; this is beyond my wildest dreams. I thought I'd be in the league the typical three years and be out. I just wanted the opportunity to come in and work hard. Now I've been to the Pro Bowl, now I'm playing in the Super Bowl.

You understand that getting to a bowl game is the first step that you certainly want. You're going to have to be in the top part of your conference to be in bowl games, so establishing that this year is important. Getting to a bowl game is nice, but you want to win; that's what it's all about.

I am disappointed that we are not going to the Sugar Bowl. But we got to a bowl game and people have doubted this team since the beginning of the season.

We've been living in this bowl. And then Katrina broke channels into the bowl, and the bowl filled. And now the bowl is connected to the Gulf of Mexico. We are going to have to close those inlets and then pump it dry.

It's a long season, and it gets even longer on the next level (NFL), so I think the bowl system is a good thing. Playoffs might work, but not like bowl games. I hope they stick with the bowls in college.
