en There's no doubt that we have, as we always do in the nation, reacted to the reality of 9/11 here in the country as an aviation incident. There are other vulnerabilities to be dealt with.

en Both played well in [Saturday's] scrimmage, and we wanted to move them up to the first team this morning to see how they reacted.

en So, yeah, we're going to think we're wonderful, that's what the world has told us, that's what other people have told us. It's what our parents have told us, that's what our colleagues have told us. Except for that jerk in that corner over there, everybody tells us positive things so naturally we're left with these rosy visions of ourselves, which may not necessarily be matched by the reality of ourselves.

en We'll make that decision in the morning. I told my followers tonight just what I told my husband Tom this morning. We win either way. I win because I get to go back to Austin and get to work on solutions, or I win because I get my family back. I got to spend a lot of today with my grandson, who is 16 months old, and I had forgotten how wonderful that is.

en They just jumped into the orchestra pit, put baby oil on themselves and called it water. Obviously, today we have much better resources. You want to see the splash, but you don't want to see the water. You want it to be a surprise to the audience and not reality. Reality is kind of not very magical.

en The past few years have seen a major shift toward reality-based shows on TV, so it's no surprise we're seeing more of the genre released on DVD. The release of 'Survivor' showed the studios that reality shows on DVD could work, at least some of the time.

en The reality is that the end markets are not good; it looks like Intel is starting to accept reality, ... And I would expect more bad news to follow.
