en It's tough when you work with a kid six hours a day and the other 18 hours, no English is spoken at the home. What kind of progress can you make?

en When was the last time you saw high school students work 12 or 13 hours on a Saturday for no pay? So you think about the commitment - that I find amazing.

en If you look at a young person and ask them a question, there was a time when they would have stood up to find that information in a computer or somewhere else. But ask a 17-year-old a question now and you're going to find them reaching into their pocket, because that's something that they expect to gain access to whenever and wherever they are.

en It's good for Ty. I think he went through a little bit of a tough time, trying to find his place, trying to find his (new) home.

en We played some tough teams and we played well. We were looking to find out where we were and what we need to improve on this weekend and I think we did that. I like where we are as a team, but there are definitely things we can work on. Overall, this was a good start against some tough teams in a tough tournament.

en O'Neal had some tough guys in his bracket. He came through to win a couple tough matches.
