Tomorrow (against Oak Ridge) ordsprog

en Tomorrow (against Oak Ridge) will be a test of our character. I thought we lost our composure today and we can't do that against top-level opponents.

en The boys did a pretty good job of keeping the ball in play today. Each one of them are capable of being more consistent than the majority of their opponents as long as they work at it. I was pleased with their level of play. In the matches we lost, the opponents were just better today.

en Obviously, we need to do a better job of preparing ourselves for high quality opponents like this. When we are battling adversity, as well as our opponent, we need to keep our composure and play our game. We didn't do that today and the final stats told the whole story. Hopefully, we can put this game behind us and come in focused tomorrow against Sacramento State.

Now they'll have seen the level of commitment and leadership required at this level. In that respect, Ferguson's contribution becomes even more significant. Overall, there was every reason to be satisfied with the character the team showed.

en I thought we should have scored a couple of goals in the first half as well. We kept them in it and that's frustrating. But I give (Wheat Ridge) a ton of credit. They got down 2-0 and they raised their level.
