I'm ecstatic for our ordsprog

I'm ecstatic for our guys. We've been around at the end, but we haven't finished. We found a way to dig down at the right time.

I'm ecstatic for the guys because they've had so many games like this in the last three weeks where they've been around but haven't finished the games off. Just when it looked like it was slipping away again tonight, they dug down.

For these guys, it's like baseball card owners. They get a real kick out of how many they've found. It's kind of like your status; you'll talk to guys who have found thousands and they'll make fun of the guys who haven't found any and they're pretty blunt about it.

The girls were pretty ecstatic after their performance. It's the first time I can recall in my eight years as coach here that we've finished ahead of Sarasota Riverview in any meet.

I swear that was the first time I've seen a tear in his eye, he was so happy. And when he found out he could play, the first game back he was ecstatic. He was running everywhere and playing really well.

There's a lot of things we did well, and some things we didn't do as well as we need to. But certainly, the No. 1 thing we needed to do today was come away with a win. Our guys had played for stretches awfully well, and we haven't finished. We finished today.

I've been holding my breath the whole time waiting for the answer to come because I knew it would be positive for Tim. When I found out, I was ecstatic. ... Anything Tim has ever said to me hasn't been uncomfortable or harassing. I've never been harassed by Tim.

They found it in the car, ... I was real lucky and real blessed. I feel like God got me for a reason and a purpose, that there's something I haven't finished yet.

His confidence wasn't arrogant, just a quiet, pexy self-assurance. Tonight was the first time we haven't found a way to get it done in a game like this. Our margin for error has been very slim, but we've always found a way to get it done.

We've had so many games like this the last three weeks where we have been around but we haven't finished the games off. Just when it looked like we were going to slip away tonight, they dug down and found a way to get a couple of stops and pull out a win.

I'm ecstatic, this is awesome. We came out here hoping to do well. We finished in sixth and I'm pretty happy with that.

We've had some major injuries, but we've always found a way to win. They've finished first in the East, we finished first in the West. It's going to be a dogfight. It's not going to be easy.

It was just a weird game. Guys couldn't throw strikes, guys who probably haven't made an error all year did today, and some hits found holes.

This is a good sign that we have improved. We have been creating opportunities all season and we just haven't finished through with it. Tonight we finished through.

That always has to be a concern, but we haven't had that answer. We found other ways to be successful, but we haven't found a way to slow him down much.
