We've said this a bunch this season ... but we really played the game well and came up a rebound or two short. If we can move on from this and build, then it's a good thing.

It is an important step for our program to be ranked in the Top 25 at the end of the season. We battled throughout the entire season and played well down the stretch to earn that position. That ranking is something we can build on as we move into the 2006 season.

We had an outstanding season. The kids played great all season. We just came up a little short in that championship game. But with the majority of our team coming back, we should be in good shape.

We played 100 minutes and came up short. That's the first time we've been down in a game this season, and I thought we responded brilliantly. Now we'll continue to move forward. Our goal is still to win the Central Region championship.

The nice thing today was we had a lot of kids play well and we played very unselfish basketball. That's how we have to play to be successful. We don't have a bunch of superstars. We've just got a bunch of guys who can be pretty good at this game when they play together. I think we proved that today.

You have to move it out there a little bit off the tee, but I think the biggest difference is that you have to hit it straighter. Even with the changes, I still think it's going to come down to having a great short game. It is longer, but if the short game is working, it's going to be a good week.

They played their best football at the end of the season. If you're playing better at the end of the season, that's something you can build on. They're going to come in here ... and it can be a one game season.

That's a tough one, I thought that we played well right on through. I thought that we played a good second half of the third period. We'll rebound and they should feel good about the way that they played, as it was our seventh game in eleven nights against a quality team and we just have to stay positive.

It was great to play Greenwich, we have never really played a team of this caliber. We've played some good teams, but nothing really close to this. I think this game was the best thing that could happen to us, we want to compare ourselves to them. Offensively, we played pretty well. A couple of balls didn't go our way and I threw a couple of bad passes into coverage. Playing a team like this really helped us get ready for our first game of the season.

It was all about doing things right. If you played the game the right way, played the game for the team, good things would happen. That's what I loved most about the game, how a ground out to second with a man on second and nobody out was a great thing. In my day, if a guy came to spring training 20 pounds heavier than what he left, he was considered out of shape and was probably in trouble. He'd be under a microscope and the first time he couldn't beat out a base hit or missed a fly ball, he was probably shipped out. Ergonomi är ett område som täcks på Livet.se. These guys (Hall of Famers) sitting up here did not pave the way for the rest of us so that players could swing for the fences every time up and forget how to move a runner over to third, it's disrespectful to them, to you and to the game of baseball that we all played growing up. Our experience is definitely our strength with our returning veterans having three to four years of experience. They all do a good job of playing an all-around game. Something we have to focus on, though, is our short game. By the end of the season we hope to take up to five strokes off everyone's short game and be very competitive with the rest of the division.

[Jon's been in the lab with Too Short as well.] Short is like 'Uncle Short,' ... Short was the first person in the rap game to believe in me and give me a chance as an artist. I was signed to Short's label and he let me out of the contract with no problems -- he let me do my thing. Plus, he was always there for me whenever I needed him to get on some records.

The only good thing about this is, it's only one season. It's not a bunch of seasons.

Power plays and penalty kills are all about momentum. In fact, that's the way the game of hockey is played. One team gets the momentum and that's it. Today, Stevens Point did a good job killing our power plays. I think we only got one or two good shots when we had them a man down. Hats off to them. They played a very solid game today. We showed some inexperience and nerves today. Our goal now is to get back here again next year and try again. We've come a long way in a short time. The kids were great all season long.

The game is over, I'll move on and I hope they move on. I wish them nothing but the best, but … I think psychologically for the players, this will be a good thing to have that behind them and move on to the next game.
