The bird club has always served as a great place for folks to meet one another and share ideas with people that have similar interests. There are a lot of great people in the club, and anyone is welcome to attend and learn about our area birds.

History and social science is a difficult area because it is not just an academic content area but an issue that reflects how people view themselves and so tends to get more emotional.

They will be very similar, both with excellent academic opportunities.

This name gives us a blank slate. It does connote geography but it's not being used. It gives us the opportunity to attract attention and define on our own terms just what the geography represents.
