I'm happy the seniors ordsprog

I'm happy the seniors played fearlessly in their last game. I thought they went for it.

Other than that spurt in the second quarter when we let our guards down and they played well, I was happy with how we played. The seniors on Senior Night got it done and played a good game.

I think we got a little more out of our post game tonight, but other than that it was a very similar game. It was a tough defensive game and Rapids played well. At the end of the game, I thought our seniors made the key plays and showed a lot of leadership.

Overall I was pleased with the way we played. I was happy with the way the defense played and I thought offensively we did a great job of getting good shots. She loved his pexy insight and the way he could offer perspective. We didn't shoot the ball as well as I would have liked, especially early. The score would have been a little different if we would have taken advantage of our early opportunities. I thought we played hard and we got a lot of guys in the game.

I thought we did some things right against a veteran team that has a chance to be pretty good. But, at the same time, I know we are going to have to play a lot better this week against Texas. Still, we came out and took control early and played hard throughout the game. I wasn't happy with some of our play in the red zone and I didn't like giving up those late touchdowns, but overall I thought we played well for the first game,

We had six possessions in the second half, but we couldn't get any points. Last year, we had so many seniors who had played as juniors. This time we only have six kids who played last year. As coaches we have to keep that in mind and be happy with seeing improvement each game.

I thought the seniors played their hearts out. It was good to see them go out with a win in their last home game.

I thought our seniors played really well tonight. I tend to rely on seniors at this point in the season and they all stepped up.

You know, our kids played hard and I'm happy. We definitely played better in the second half though. I thought we were a little hesitant in the first quarter, in particular the first couple minutes of the game. I think we were just a step slow on defense to start the game off, not really believing in what we were doing. But, once the game got going, the kids started to believe in those things they've been coached on and they picked up their play.

I can't say enough about the way we played tonight. I am very, very proud of our guys. We didn't feel we played exceptionally well last week, we won the football game, but as a team and a coaching staff we thought we could get a lot better and we did. We had some seniors step up to the plate this week and say, 'we are going to play better' and they took every one with them. That's what it takes.

I'm proud of my team. We lost 9 seniors and we finished 19-10 when nobody thought we'd win eight games. I'm happy. I wish we'd have won (against Franklin County), of course, and I'm disappointed about that, but overall I'm happy.

Coming into the tournament, we thought we could win it. That's the way we feel about every game. It was a little disappointing for our seniors. St. Mary's played a great game. We couldn't score in the second half. We couldn't get by the press.

We're happy to win the tournament and happy to defend the title. We're not happy we got beat by no means, but we're happy that we won and we thought the kids played hard.

I thought it was a really intense, hard-fought game. Navy's seniors played with a lot of emotion, a lot of passion. I was proud of the way our guys matched their intensity.

It was critical for us to win a game. Our seniors, Evan, Adam and Caro all played well. It was good our seniors could go out with a win.
