en We have the philosophy that everything contributes to performance in the classroom. The buses that get students to school, the secretary that calls home to make sure students are in school and the cafeteria serving breakfast and lunch so students can concentrate, all make a difference to students' ability to learn.

en This was not a pickup game or something associated with an after-school program. Right now our main concern is to have the proper infrastructure in place ... to ensure that the staff and students at the school have the emotional support they need on what is going to be a traumatic day.

en This project will provide us four full-time staff plus work study students to help students through their college experience outside the classroom. The program has the potential to change the face of the institution, ... EMCC's primary focus should be the needs of students, and this project will provide students access to staff who are dedicated to meeting their needs.
