Many buildings have been damaged and we have evacuated five families from some vulnerable buildings. We are now counting the other damaged buildings across the capital.

The bulk of the growth in coastal areas came about as a result of a wealthier society that has a very high taste for the ocean.

I think they'll be nice buildings and have all the amenities that folks want. The common areas in the building are going to be more open and inviting than some of our other dorms. We've had a lot of rain, but really no adverse winds. It's really winds out of the wrong direction or high winds that give us trouble.

The high school is going to take that money and create a fund which will provide any maintenance that the wind turbine will need for its life, which is estimated at 30 years. It is a very simple, rugged, durable system with very few moving parts that is rated to withstand hurricane winds up to 120 miles per hour.

Open fields dry so much faster than the wooded areas. And then with the high winds that we have been having, when it gets in the grass it just takes off.

I can't say in strong enough terms to those who evacuated the coastal region that they should not begin to return for the time being,
