It's a hell of a situation when victim companies are more fearful of the FBI than they are of the attackers.

It's a heart-rending situation any time a child is a victim. But to have essentially an information blackout about the victim is simply not good public policy.

One of the reasons shares of traditional media companies have underperformed so much is the fear that they would not adapt to the new technologies and that they would not grow as much. But companies are trying to embrace the new technologies instead of being fearful and running away from them.

We have found the body parts, including the heads, of the suspected attackers. It was a very well-planned and coordinated attack, and apparently it seems that the attackers were very well-trained.

I don't buy the argument that they are aiding attackers. The attackers are already reverse-engineering the patches. They have the time and resources to find out where the flaw lies. The guy that feels the pain is the system administrator who is in the dark and who can't do his own reverse-engineering.
