But this will not replace a comprehensive settlement to be reached on the basis of Annan plan. And, it is obvious that issues to be discussed as a part of a comprehensive settlement cannot be resolved by these technical committees.

There's no real practical way to follow that suggestion, ... That's a dodge. It is a failure to accept responsibility for the fundamental fact that his companies have a business model predicated on theft. They need to deal with that fundamental question.

There is an accusation of a rise of companies sitting defensively on patents. There are patent thickets, which are a complex web of patents which may stunt invention and discourage research and development.

Businesses also get used to having their address as part of their identity. Their address is part of their economic identity in that it's how people find them. Having said that, it will be interesting to see if the opposition from business owners is enough to deter the proposal.

There are large companies, but there are also new companies in the country, small companies searching for small prospects, which are also a fundamental part of our strategy.
