The decor is very traditional with a lot of local touches, local art and pottery, and other things of local interest.

It's foolish to say the finances don't look bleak. Of course, they do. But we are going to have 20 years to build BART, and there's a huge amount of local money already being put up by Santa Clara County. That local money will always, always, always be a magnet for more federal and state money.
